Business Description

I’m a direct mortgage lender. I help families to obtain mortgages that best serve their needs. I work with a wide range of customers including first time home buyers, those looking to improve their mortgage through refinancing, and savvy real estate investors. I take extra care and work with both my clients and their Realtors to understand all aspects and nuances of each unique situation. This enables me to make sure that any ‘snags’ are brought to light, understood and resolved early in the loan process, so that the home loan process is smooth and escrow closes on time. I’ve developed a tremendously successful referral-based lending business. I focus on crafting home financing strategies that take into consideration each client’s short- and long-term financial goals before I recommend a loan program.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California San Diego. I am a long-time member of the Santa Cruz County Association of Realtors®.

I live with my wife and two sons in Aptos, CA. I love walking the Aptos beaches with my family, and you’ll often find us hiking Nisene Marks. I enjoy surfing, golfing, and spending quality time with friends and family in the Santa Cruz County area.
