Showboat – Jay Topping – Feb 27, 2020

Our newest member Jay Topping of Classic Jay’s Art & Signs talked about his business and how in the heyday of the Shaggin Wagons he used to paint vans with logos. Later he transitioned to doing logo signage on trucks and vans. He can make magnet signage if someone does not want something permanently adhered to their vehicle. He makes vintage signs of the Santa Cruz area that are done in the metal format. I can personally recommend Jay Topping. He has provided the signage on everyone of our vehicles. The work he does is phenomenal. He has helped us brand our company because of the striking visuals that the public sees when our vehicles are out and about. The quality, workmanship, and artistry define Jay of Classic Jay’s Art & Signs. His vintage signs are also wonderful and an added treasure for a trip down memory lane. The signs capture an era gone by beautifully. Highly endorsed by all of his clients and customers.

Jay Topping is a VERY interesting person. His signage business is great! From auto decaling and business auto signage to custom and vintage signs, he is the very best in his business. With decades of experience, Jay is absolutely awesome with his talent and capabilities. Beyond that, Jay is a super well versed historian specializing in Scotts Valley history and the greater Santa Cruz area. I love listening to his historical presentations, always learning something new and fascinating when he speaks.
Whether you are looking for local historic information and presentations, custom vintage signs or auto signage, Jay Topping is your guy. As the newest member of our Santa Cruz chapter, Jay is bringing us very special talents and I am thrilled to have him in our group. You can look him up on our Santa Cruz website. Welcome to the club Jay!
