Showboat – Sean Rovai – Jan 16, 2020

Official Decree from the LeTip Santa Cruz President Baird Tinkey:

Here Ye! Here Ye! Here Ye! Yesterday was a Historic Day.
Thursday, 1/16/2020, will be forever remembered at LeTip SC. Why you ask?

– Was it the Historic vote in Virginia to finally Pass the Equal Rights Amendment? No.
– Was it the proposed rewriting of the Russian Constitution to allow Vlad to stay in power forever? Hah.
– Was it the bombshell Lev Parnas Interview that apparently nobody knows, but, sure seems to be in heck of lot of pictures and videos?  Hardly.
– And that special delivery to congress? Pshaw. Doesn’t even register on the Richter scale…

No, yesterday will go down in history as “Rovai Day!” as we were regaled in the wit and knowledge of the Reluctant Raconteur, our very own Sean Rovai!  LeTip Legend has it that the last time Sean took the stage was before, or during the great recession. No one really knows. It was so long ago, there is no known record of the event and, it is only mentioned vaguely and always in somber tones.

What can you say about Sean’s knowledge and experience? First of all, Sean has been in the insurance business a long time, and he still enjoys it. Second, when you do business with Sean, everything just happens the way it is supposed to. Normally, that is boring and generally unheard of in Santa Cruz. When it comes to Insurance however… that is Super Awesome! His team runs like a well oiled machine, because it is. Sean has studied business experts, thought outside the box, and heavily invested in systems and processes to make sure all the i’s are dotted, and the t’s are crossed.

He is also not content to just be an “agent”. Sean is a self-proclaimed “do’er”, and when he is done expanding his insurance offering, and moving into other more specialized insurance services (you’ll have to call him about those) he can be found remodeling the bathroom, or building a guest house, or hunting waves. When you meet Sean, and get to hear his stories and have him solve your challenges, you will understand why we call him: The Insurance Master.

Please mark your calendar for January 14th, 2021 for our next “Rovai Day!” when we will finally get the story about the water bottles, and how he became the boss.  Thank You, Sean!

    WOW and I missed such an historical day!! For those who experienced it…I am jealous and humbled!!

    Sean Rovi was blind sided by our new 2020 chapter president, Baird Tinky, after a presidential executive decree was implemented to force Sean to give our chapter an off-the-cuff presentation of his Insurance business as well as some insight to his life away from business.
    Any normal man or women would have been utterly terrified at this unprecedented shock and awe tactic. But not Sean Rovi! Sean, recognizing opportunity knocking on the door, did not even flinch or hesitate to take the bull by the horns and proceeded to present our chapter with a stellar, comprehensive oration on the ins and outs of the insurance industry and his life.

    On a side note: Lets set the record strait. It is true that the legendary local surfer, Sean Rovi, does indeed always get twice as many waves as our stellar Mortgage Guru member and surfing extrordinare, Noel McCord.
    However, the accuracy of this fact is a bit skewed let’s say, because Sean Rovi always kicks out of a wave early when only half way to the shore, while Mr. McCord , who posses the stamina of a raging bull, always rides his waves all the way to the sand.

    Sean Rovai, with State Farm Insurance, is the consummate insurance guru. He knows everything there is to know about insurance regarding health, property or car insurance. He will diligently find the best coverage and product for you, and there is no problem in insurance that he can’t handle or find a solution for.
