This morning we had our regular Zoom LeTip meeting.
Lauren Spencer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage spoke about the real estate business and how the present Covid-19 related rules and regulations affected the procedures and practices of listing and showing the properties. Then Noel McCord of Opes Advisors shared on how his family is dealing with the “sheltered-in-place” life and how his surfing routine has changed due to a fellow surfer’s tragic death in early May.
The members did their commercials, passed the tips, and kept the LeTip spirit of purpose and friendship shine forth through these unusual times.
